  • Monitoring and controlling multi-technology platforms including routers, switches and/or servers via central console
  • Applying first or second level analysis, using industry accepted techniques and procedures, to identify, correlate and correct system degradation or stoppages
  • Dealing with Tier II and III workgroups for resolution of complex incidents
  • Providing Tier I & II IT support to the business and to external customers, responding to support requests by diagnosing and resolving incidents and service calls within guidelines, and escalating more complex service calls to the appropriate level.


  • Degree in IT or at least 2 years of related experience
  • Interest and general knowledge in IT
  • Ability to maintain focus while dealing with difficult situations
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Possibility to work flexible working hours (working on shifts and bi-monthly weekends)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, execute in impeccable and timely manner
